Katherine Bluck
Safeguarding Ambassador
Katherine is an experienced safeguarding professional. She is currently Head of Prep at Abbot’s Hill and holds safeguarding responsibility for both the Prep and Senior School. Her previous roles include Head of Junior School at Frensham Heights, Head of the Lower School at Lambrook Prep near Ascot and Deputy Head of the Junior School at the Stephen Perse Foundation in Cambridge.
We are delighted that Katherine will be joining KLDC Sixth as an Ambassador and supporting us to ensure that our safeguarding is excellent. ​

Nick Wild
Educational Operations Ambassador
Nick has been a Senior Leader at The Royal Grammar School, Guildford, for the past 24 years. As an experienced leader at one of the top independent schools in the country, Nick brings to KLDC Sixth his in-depth knowledge of educational operations, policy and organisation.
Nick will be advising the team on best practice to ensure the smooth and professional running of KLDC Sixth.

Liz Bownass-Clark
Exams Ambassador
Liz spent over 30 years of her career working in exams. Amongst her many roles, she has been Exams Officer, Assistant Exams Officer, PA to the Head of Centre, PA to the Academic Deputy Head and font of all knowledge! What Liz doesn’t know about exams is not worth knowing.
We are grateful that Liz is coming out of retirement to support KLDC Sixth with everything to do with exams..
